Terms of Service

You must provide a valid email address and choose a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

One person or legal entity per account. Sharing credentials with others is not permitted.

PageForge lets you upload structured CSV data, map columns to a page schema, generate AI content, and export the result as WordPress WXR files or static HTML. The service is a content generation and formatting tool — it does not host, publish, or index your pages.

You own your input data. Your CSV files, column mappings, and project configurations remain yours. We do not claim any ownership of data you upload.

You own the generated output. The AI-generated pages, HTML, and WXR exports are yours to use, publish, modify, or distribute as you see fit. We do not claim rights over generated content.

License to operate. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit it solely for the purpose of providing the service (including sending it to OpenAI for generation). This license ends when you delete your data or account.

Content is generated using AI (OpenAI). While we take measures to keep output grounded in your source data — especially in Minimal mode — we cannot guarantee that generated content is factually accurate, complete, or free from errors.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing. PageForge is a tool to accelerate content creation, not a substitute for editorial review. We are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from content you publish that was generated through the service.

You agree not to use PageForge to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on third-party rights
• Upload data that contains malware, scripts, or executable code
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service infrastructure
• Resell access to the service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We aim to keep PageForge available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Free accounts are limited to 25 generated pages. Paid plans have higher limits as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.

CSV uploads are limited to 5,000 rows per file. This is a technical safeguard, not a billing feature.

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Credit packs are one-time purchases — there are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Credits never expire. All sales are final; we do not offer refunds for purchased credits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageForge and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice when possible. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria.
